What defence or tips to reduce the addiction
* Restrict or remove apps:
Move apps from your home screen to a folder, or log out after use – the extra effort helps to choose consciously.
Temporarily delete the app(s) that are the worst, or block Shorts/Reels via extensions (on YouTube/PC).
Use Do Not Disturb mode to turn off notifications.
