It is important to draw attention here to a one-sidedness that has arisen in the development and use of exams. In our contemporary society, most exams: evaluation tests are mainly verbally focused on reading and writing (left hemisphere). This means that action intelligence (dominance of the right hemisphere), which also means creativity and dexterity, is undervalued and overlooked in selection. It is vital that also as an engine for development, this action intelligence is recognized and acknowledged and these skills and persons are restored.
