Stress is a crucial factor which stimulates our attention, effort and perseverance. Long-term stress, however, is a problem when it affects our physical and mental well-being with symptoms like heart palpitations, stomach problems and in addition it impedes our decision making. (Petli)

The solution is (Levin) be aware that stress is a matter of perception. When your conception of what stress is changes, then also the effects of stress change. ("When your idea of what is stressfull changes, so do the effects of stress"). "Stress is the feeling we have when we have inadequate resources to carry out an obligation or to respond to a pressing need."

The solution is always a matter of setting priorities about what needs to be done. After all, we should use stress to push us forward.
