Abstract
This study rigorously examines the incorporation of Data- Driven Learning (DDL) at the Armenian State Pedagogical University 296 Gevorgyan Srbuhi Rafik, Asatryan Samvel Misak (ASPU), assessing its influence on educational efficacy. This research utilizes a convergent mixed-methods framework, integrating sophisticated quantitative analyses, machine learning algorithms, and qualitative insights from student and teacher engagements. The findings indicate that DDL markedly improves educational outcomes, resulting in a 15.2% rise in academic achievement, elevated retention rates, and enhanced skill development. The investigation highlights systemic barriers, such as infrastructural limitations, ethical issues related to data protection, and the preparedness of faculty members. This research, situated in Armenia's dynamic educational environment, offers critical insights for the sustained integration of DDL, fostering academic innovation in emerging nations. The results demonstrate a strong and adaptable framework for analogous organizations seeking to utilize educational data to enhance efficiency and promote inclusion.
