Abstract
The study aimed to identify the conditions that ensure the effective realisation of the potential of gifted youth in the educational environment. The research methodology involved a systematic analysis of educational strategies successfully implemented in European countries and the USA. Educational strategies successfully applied in European countries and the USA were examined, with a focus on individualised learning, the integration of digital technologies, and the use of comprehensive psychological support methods. The analysis of differentiated learning practices revealed that adapting educational programmes to the specific needs of students not only enhances academic achievement but also enhances creative thinking and independence. It was found that the application of flexible educational trajectories positively impacts motivation, which in turn ensures the success of the learning process and facilitates social adaptation. The study also demonstrated that integrating innovative techniques focused on developing emotional competence, combined with the implementation of socialisation programmes, contributes to the effective development of gifted students' potential. Furthermore, the significance of systemic psychological support was highlighted as a key factor in building resilience to stressful situations and maintaining 78 Borys Kreminskyi et al. emotional well-being, which is essential for the effective functioning of a modern educational environment.
