“Guilt insight” lever for the creation of the 21st century class court? Or Structurally suppress the rights of the innocent suspect

In theory, it is stated that one should be treated as innocent until convicted. In practice, it is completely different. Once one is accused or suspected, one is expected to have insight into guilt. In this case, one is prepared to have more understanding with the suspect. One will then more easily take less severe action: turn a blind eye, punish less severely.
