Treatment according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) 4 Qigong for the legs: "Standing like a tree" (Zhan Zhuang) – adapted
• Posture: Stand straight, feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent (not past toes). • Exercise: Slowly shifting weight from left to right foot, as if you were taking a slow step but without walking. Move in slow motion. • Focus: Feel the "rooting" (grounding) via Nier-1 (Yongquan, in the sole of the foot). |
