Critically examine and adjust lifestyle—both preventively and curatively—at the slightest indication.
• Alzheimer's: Medications (cholinesterase inhibitors such as donepezil or memantine) slightly delay symptoms. Especially non-drug approach (structure, movement, cognitive training) and support for informal caregivers are central. Newer drugs against amyloid are under development, but not yet standard everywhere.
